At CEDIA Expo, Bedrock Learning showed off its new series of online training courses with Gail Kasper.
Kasper is motivational speakers and sales expert who has been working in the security industry. She is teaming with Bedrock to expand her training for low voltage AV integration, and is making it available online.
Courses range from one to four hours each and cost between $89 and $149. The courses offered are:
- Introduction to the Digital Home
- Make More Money with Referrals
- Alliances: How to Get Leads Handed to You
- Cold Calling: How to Book Appointments and Increase Sales
- Customer Service and Upselling Skills
- Sales: Building Rapport and Uncovering Needs
- Sales: Overcoming Objections and Closing Skills
Bedrock Learning President Helen Heneveld recruited Kasper to Keynote the Women in CE breakfast at CEDIA Expo.
Bedrock Learning also recently launched a Training Marketplace with a Flintstone’s style theme. Bedrock Partners have one free location where all can show their training material. Each partner can pick up to three categories and pick a stone house and sign to represent themselves in the “Town of Bedrock.”
Right next door, BlueVolt showed its online learning management system for dealers. BlueVolt hosts technical training and can track participation of installers.
BlueVolt also offers the built-in $BlueBucks rewards system, which is especially valuable for companies when launching a new product, noted National Accounts Manager Sharon Dunigan.
At CEDIA Expo, BlueVolt announced a mobile app that allows participants to view training on an iPad.
Both online training programs can help companies expand their reach and train their people without costly travel and time away from the office.
