Core Brands and Vision Werks Consulting have teamed up to help ensure that unauthorized Core Brands resellers are identified and their online visibility is mitigated, the companies said in a statement on Thursday. The programming the two have planned will “enhance brand equity and protect each brand’s reputation and technology investment to provide greater overall reseller and customer satisfaction,” they said.
The two will officially announce their partnership today at the Core Brands booth (#4128) during 2015 CEDIA at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas.
“We are committed to ensuring that our authorized dealers all receive the greatest opportunity to deliver a superior customer experience to their customers, and key to that commitment is ensuring that only authorized parties can sell Core Brands products,” Joe Roberts, Core Brands President, said in a statement. “Vision Werks is helping us identify and manage all unauthorized resellers that threaten to tarnish the identity of our brands.”
Bill Johannesen, Vision Werks Managing Director added: “Vision Werks is very excited about assisting Core Brands in aggressively and effectively engaging the disruptive unauthorized online marketplace to establish order and discipline, while also protecting the brand presence and identity of these iconic brands.”
The Brand Protection Program will roll out immediately in the U.S. with more markets to follow.
