D-Tools' new logoSystem integration software provider D-Tools, Inc., announced on Tuesday that it will be previewing a major new release of its flagship software platform, System Integrator 2016, at the 2015 CEDIA Expo in Dallas in October. SI 2016, which D-Tools said would be available in the first quarter of next year, includes new features and enhancements that will allow residential and commercial AV integrators to streamline their business processes.

“This upcoming release of the D-Tools System Integrator platform moves the company one step closer to an enterprise level cloud-based solution.” Randy Stearns, CEO of D-Tools, said in a statement. “Importantly, D-Tools continues to form new and strengthen existing relationships with select software providers.”

Stearns announced that D-Tools formed new partnerships and deepened existing relationships for SI 2016. One of the new partnerships—with SuppleStream—will allow for real-time product cost and availability information to be made available to users. Also, there will be deeper integration with QuickBooks’ suite of products.

The SI 2016 software will be available as an upgrade for existing customers, and will be provided at no cost to customers who participate in the D-Tools Software Assurance program. The software will be on display at D-Tools’ booth (#2810), along with other D-Tools products.
