Nortek Security & Control’s “Behind the Scenes Tour” got underway in Denver this week and will continue through an additional 10 stops throughout the U.S. over the course of the next six weeks. Nortek, a developer of security and smart home technology solutions, said the tour aims to provide dealers with focused sales and technical training across the company’s full portfolio of products and solutions, including the new 2GIG GC3.

Nortek Security & ControlThe security dealers, distributors, and custom integrators who attend one (or more) of the events should expect to receive “valuable, comprehensive sales an technical training” along with a better understanding of the Nortek Security & Control portfolio, the company explained. On top of the new 2GIG GC3, the program will cover solution like the GoControl smart home product line, the proactive health and wellness brand Numera, and the Nortek commercial access control line Linear.

“2016 is a milestone year for our company with more new product lines and solutions available than ever before. This roadshow serves as a reintroduction of our full portfolio of products to the channel,” Rob Halligan, VP of Marketing at Nortek Security & Control, said in a statement. “Ultimately, the purpose of the roadshow is to connect with our dealers and distributors and provide our customers with the tools, training, and solutions they need to succeed.”

Nortek wraps up their stop in Denver today and will then head of to Salt Lake City, Utah, on February 10 and 11. Here’s a look at the remainder of the schedule:

Nortek said that each stop of the roadshow will consist of a two-day workshop. The first day will be an invitation-only Executive Event. Day 2 will involve technical training from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and in-depth sales training from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Registration is required for attendance at the “Behind the Scenes Tour” events, and those interested in attending are asked to contact their local Nortek sales rep.
