While in Dallas for CEDIA 2015 last week, PowerHouse Alliance announced the addition of Ubiquiti Networks to the organization’s growing list of vendors. The PowerHouse name will now appear on a list of specialized distributors who are authorized to carry Ubiquiti Networks’ products, and as a partner, Ubiquiti will be able to deliver their line of broadband and enterprise products to dealers across the United States.
“Adding Ubiquiti Networks and their suite of highly-requested networking products to our line card is a unique opportunity for not only our distributor members, but our dealer community as well,” Dennis Holzer, Executive Director for PowerHouse Alliance, said in a statement. “Ubiquiti Networks has developed game-changing products that cover several key sectors we focus on, including surveillance, routing, control and automation. We are thrilled to join forces with the brand to deliver exceptional solutions to dealers across the United States and look forward to what this partnership can bring.”
For 10 years now, Ubiquiti has been manufacturing and designing network communication platforms to help transform under-networked businesses and communities, PowerHouse explained in the statement. Among its suite of products are the airMAX, UniFi, airFiber, airVision, mFi, and EdgeMAX platforms, which have been deployed in more than 180 countries.
In line with the partnership, PowerHouse Alliance members have completed Ubituiti training, including installation and configuration techniques, tech support, and more. Ubiquiti Networks’ products are now available through the PowerHouse Alliance’s 12 regional distributors.
